  • Career Growth Potential: Step into a pivotal role with the opportunity to build and lead a team, with budgeted plans for adding 1-2 account managers as you drive business growth.
  • Supportive Leadership: Work under senior leaders who prioritize hiring the right fit, value collaboration, and avoid micromanagement, creating an environment where you can thrive.

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary with uncapped incentives tied to achievable goals, plus a company vehicle, expense account, and comprehensive corporate benefits.

  • Flexible location: Remote role, work from home office in Midwest or East coast within reach of major airport

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business Development: Spearhead growth by cultivating high-trust relationships with senior executives at key fuel distributors serving markets such as marinas, truck stops, construction, etc., as well as end-user accounts, such as fleet operators.
  • Prioritize High-Value Opportunities: Identify and pursue high-impact sales targets, maintaining focus on strategic accounts ($100K+) to meet 8-15% growth goals over three years, while delegating smaller accounts to inside sales.
  • Support Key Accounts: Offer technical support and training to top customers, to ensure they can make appropriate product and use recommendations to downstream end users.
