We are a retained search firm, which means we work closely with you to conduct a highly focused search with dedicated resources. We work on a flat fee basis, typically around 25% of the expected base salary for the role. Individual project fees depend upon the specific nature of the project and are agreed upon up front, before the project begins.
Our executive search service begins with a thorough review of goals, priorities, context and role scope, as well as culture and stakeholder input, for the most complete picture. We develop a position brief spelling out key factors clearly, so everyone is aligned before we start. We manage the project while keeping in close touch with you throughout, enabling course corrections or adjustments as needed. We handle all interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and detailed reference checking prior to the formal offer, and remain engaged throughout the onboarding process.
