Open new accounts and support the commercial and technical activities of existing distributors, sub-distributors, OEM’s and end users

What You’ll Do
Achieve growth and sales targets by supporting the local distributor/teams.
Conduct Distributor sales team trainings and joint key account visits.
Complete KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on activity set jointly.
Identify growth market on existing and new segments / applications.
Continuously monitor competition/market analysis.
Execute Joint architectural and industrial visits with Distributors.
Develop annual forecast with distributors and sales volume sequence.
Develop new sub-distributor entities / network for existing Distributors.
Work closely with Distributors on key projects.
Initiate new marketing ideas/actions for Distributors, Sub-Distributors, and End Users
Develop specific volume contracts with industrial clients.
Direct communication channel with Customer Service, Marketing and Quality Control.
The Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
5+ years proven success in technical sales of premium products in the wood or other construction-related products space – you know how to value sell within the A&D Community and have direct experience with the distributor sales model. This is the core requirement and a MUST-HAVE.
Proven success as a strategic sales hunter and team player – you have opened new major accounts, successfully working within a team unit to achieve high-growth results.
Distributor and direct sales team management experience – you understand and can motivate the different types of sales team members effectively, and you’re seen as the go-to by your distributors
Solid CRM and MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Plenty of initiative and drive – you make things happen, not just watch them happen.
Willing to travel overnight up to 70% of the time and live near major airport in the Southwest region.
