- Report directly to the COO of North America and lead a team of 7 experienced Regional Sales Managers plus field support across a variety of product lines.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the road marking safety industry.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and foster a culture of trust, teamwork, high performance and accountability.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships with government agencies, contractors, and distributors to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials to support sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement.
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate plans to approach and secure new business for the organization, including expansion into new territories.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
The Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years experience in the road marking/traffic safety industry selling to DoTs, including 5+ years leading a direct sales team with a proven track record of growth. This is the CORE REQUIREMENT for this role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the proven ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Trustworthiness, integrity, manageable ego and a good sense of humor are all essential!
- Willing to travel 50% in the beginning and 30-35% long term
- Ideal location Nashville TN; CO, TX or anywhere near major airport are OK
