All our work is guaranteed. And to make life easier on everyone, we have several simple fee options designed to provide the best balance of service, price and billing arrangements for a specific need.



If you are filling a senior or other mission-critical position and need full search service and support, from position definition through sourcing, qualification, negotiation and background checks etc., we work on a flat-fee retainer – agreed to ahead of time, the fee includes all expenses, so there are no surprises. Typically significantly more affordable than our competition. If total fee budget is the #1 priority, such as for extremely senior level positions that typically command very high search fees, this is an effective way to optimize total spend, reduce risk, know the budget ahead of time, and make 2 or 3 equal payments over the course of the search.



Not yet ready to hire? Don't know exactly what you need, or there is research, feasibility or other early stage work to be done? We have a simple solution: hourly consulting that is deducted from the eventual placement fee. $250 per hour, typically in blocks of 20 hours. This is a highly effective, flexible and affordable way to gain traction early on a project that needs definition or problem-solving, without adding to the overall budget.



Another excellent use of the time-based billing option is for organizational consulting that is best served by a defined-scope arrangement, with a fixed number of hours per week or month over a project duration. Typical projects may be 10-30 hours per month for 2-6 months; we will do a thorough needs assessment before proposing a number, and always work with an eye to the budget.
